SIOS, in collaboration with Svalbard Science Forum, is pleased to announce this year's Innovation Award. The award began in 2021 and aims to promote innovation in support of Earth System science in the Svalbard region.
The proposed innovation must aim to solve a problem in Earth system science or monitoring in Svalbard. The award amount is 400 000 NOK.
The winner of the award will be announced at the Svalbard Science Conference in Oslo, 31 October to 1 November.
