The following is a template form for collection of data.
This form is used to fill in the discovery metadata, containing the discovery information which will be transformed into discovery metadata and ingested in a search interface. This is similar to the index card in a library.
Please refer to the Guidelines for metadata and data sharing for help with completing this form.
Some general rules apply for this template:
- All data and comments are provided in English.
- All latitude specifications are positive northwards of Equator.
- All longitude specifications are positive eastwards of Greenwich.
